- The Gee-Gees posted their second straight shutout last week, defeating McGill 82-0. The lone time Ottawa has conceded points this year were a pair of penalties booted by the Concordia Stingers in the first game of the season.
- Ottawa relied on their depth against McGill, with five Gee-Gees recording their first career points: Ella Blyth, Taelor Hendrick, Anjali Jagannathan, Caleigh McMillan, and Jamie Lee Walker.
- Anna Dodge made her season debut last week against the Redbirds. Dodge earned RSEQ First All-Star Team honours in 2021.

- With Laval, Ottawa and Carleton all undefeated and seemingly the class of the RSEQ, Bishop's is aiming to settle into the fourth and final playoff spot. Sherbrooke and Concordia also sit at 1-2, while neither Montreal nor McGill have recorded a point through three games this season.
