On Friday, September 25, Dalhousie took on Saint Mary's at Huskies Stadium. The game consisted of three yellow cards, two goals, one red card, and a win for the Tigers.

The first half of the game held no goals for either side even though each team had many chances on net. After three fouls in a row against Dalhousie, Jonathan Doucett (Dartmouth, NS) was handed a yellow card in the 17th minute of play. A second yellow card quickly followed for Saint Mary's Dominik Gorski (Halifax, NS) in the 18th minute.

Both Dalhousie's keeper, Jason Ross (Bedford, NS), and Saint Mary's keeper, Christian Oxner (Halifax, NS), were tested throughout the first half with many shots against them from the opposing strikers. The first half came to a close with a tie and no goals.

The game continued with no score until late in the second half when Saint Mary's goalie, Christian Oxner, was given a red card in the 73rd minute. This left the Huskies with one less man on the field and without their starting goalie. Dalhousie took advantage of their extra player and scored their first goal of the match with just fifteen minutes left in the game by the team's lead scorer, Bezick Evraire (Ottawa, ON).

Saint Mary's defender, Ben Napier (Halifax, NS), was handed a yellow card in the 85th minute which led to Dalhousie's second goal scored by Evraire. This was Evraire's second goal of the game and 7th goal of the season. The second half ended with a 2-0 win for the Tigers over the Huskies.
