1966 Vanier Cup Game Recap
1966 – StFX 40 Waterloo Lutheran 14
St. Francis Xavier quarterback Terry Dolan marshalled a 40-14 victory over Waterloo Lutheran (now Wilfrid Laurier) in the second and final invitational Vanier Cup game.
Dolan completed 12 out of 19 passes for four touchdowns and 284 yards. Receiver Terry Gorman, son of Vanier Cup founder Peter Gorman, caught six of them for 131 yards and three TDs, setting a Vanier Cup record and earning the Ted Morris Trophy.
