TORONTO, Ont. – Erin Kelly's 13^th minute goal turned out to be the game winner as the Ontario Tech University women's soccer program fell 3-1 to the Toronto Varsity Blues on Friday night.
 
The slow start for Ontario Tech resulted in a goal by Valentina Greco in the second minute to put Toronto ahead, which was followed by Kelly's to give the home squad a 2-0 lead.
 
For the Ridgebacks, their lone goal came in the 44^th minute from Sarah Foster (Oshawa, Ont.). Her second goal of the year was also her second is as many games.
 
The final goal of the match for Toronto came from Jenny Wolever in the 90^th minute, icing the game as the Varsity Blues handed the Ridgebacks their third loss of the season.
 
Alicia Chisholm (Woodbridge, Ont.) made four saves in the loss for Ontario Tech, while Levana Staggolis made one save in the victory.
 
The Ridgebacks now prepare to face the Ryerson Rams on Sunday afternoon in Toronto. Kick off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
