(MONCTON, NB) The Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus upset the UNB REDS 2-0 Sunday afternoon, at Moncton's Medavie Blue Cross Stadium.

Georges Musitu (Ottawa, ON) scored in the 74th minute and again in the 90th minute to lead the home team, while keeper André LeBlanc (Dieppe, NB) earned the clean sheet.

The game was a tight and intense contest that saw LeBlanc make three saves. UNB keeper Louis-Charles Vaillancourt (Sherbrooke, QC) made seven saves in the REDS net.

"It's always tough to lose close games," said REDS head coach Barry Morrison. "Moncton is a powerful and fast team, and were hard for us to deal with in transition. We put in a good effort, but struggled to finish, which ultimately caught up with us."

With the loss, UNB is now 5-4-1. With 16 points, the REDS remain in third place in the Atlantic University Sport standings. With the win, Moncton is 4-4-1, good for 13 points and seventh place.
