MONCTON — Acadia defeated the Université de Moncton 3-2 in a closely contested men's hockey game on Thursday night.
Both teams found the net in the first period, with Maxime Boudreau scoring for Moncton and Kian Bell responding for Acadia. In the second period, Acadia took the lead with goals from Cole Nagy and Brendan Sellan, while Olivier-Luc Hache scored on a power play for Moncton. The third period was scoreless, allowing Acadia to hold on for the win.
