It was back-to-back losses as the Voyageurs fell to the still undefeated Ryerson Rams, 90-49.

The Rams showed why they are the best team in the country against the young Voyageurs squad. Right from the jump, the Rams' suffocating defense limited the Voyageurs' offense, not letting them find a rhythm offensively at all. The Voyageurs only managed six points in the first quarter on 2-18 shooting. The second quarter was much better for the Voyageurs offensively, with the team able to get the free-throw line for easy points. Aneisha Rismond provided a nice spark off the bench contributing 6 points in the quarter. However, the Voyageurs were still down 40-21 at the half.

The second half saw the Rams stay incredibly hot, scoring 50 points in the half. Their ball movement allowed for wide-open shots in the corners and the Voyageurs' turnovers led to 24 points off of those turnovers for the Rams.

The Voyageurs' record is now 6-8 and they visit Ottawa on March 11th and 12th to wrap up the regular season as they gear for the playoffs.
