The Calgary Dinosaurs took their second national championship in three years, this time defeating Western 25-6 for the Vanier Cup.
A tough Calgary defence led by Presidents' Trophy winner Darcy Kopp held Western to only 38 yards rushing.
Western's Steve Samways compensated with a record 41 passing attempts for 279 yards, but a first quarter TD was all the Mustangs could muster.
Calgary's Elio Geremia was selected offensive player of the game based on his one touchdown, 104 yards rushing and two catches for 22 yards.
