Kingston, ON - The Paladins (0-1-1) fell 3-0 to the visiting Nipissing Lakers (2-1) on Sunday afternoon on Navy Bay 5.

Nipissing opened the scoring on a penalty kick. Veteran defender Jamal Brown made no mistake for the Lakers, scoring his first goal of the game.
Captain of the Paladins, Simon Leslie had an opportunity to tie the game with a penalty kick for RMC, but Nipissing's keeper Andrew Johnstone made the save to keep his team in front.

RMC trailed 1-0 at the break.
70' & 76'
Nipissing jumped out to a 3-0 lead off a pair of corner kicks. First, Ryan Roy scored his first goal of the seaon when the ball was head back across goal by Cody Vaillancourt. A few minutes later, Brown headed his second of the game past RMC keeper Johnathan Ardell.
Paladins Dylan Hoare and Liam Chambers picked yellow cards on Sunday. Both also received yellow cards in RMC's previous match.
