Huskies drop two at home

The Saint Mary's Men's Soccer Team came out flat, dropping their final two home games of the year to 2nd place Cape Breton and 3rd place St. FX.

The Huskies had no answer for the Capers' Kwabe Boateng and Mark Stewart who had 2 goals a piece, as well as AUS leading scorer Justin Maheu who completed the game with a hat-trick, pushing his goal total to a ridiculous 15 on the year.  Tyler Sellars was the lone bright spot on the day for the Huskies with a goal in the 16th minute.
Sunday saw much of the same as 2 quick goals by the X-Men in the 26th and 27th minutes had the Huskies down early.  Liam Elbourne added his 2nd of the game in the 58th minute to seal the 3-0 victory for St. FX.

Saint Mary's only managed 3 shots on goal the entire game as their record fell to 2-6-3.  The Huskies will now head to top-ranked UNB and last place Moncton next weekend to close out their 2014 season on a high note.
