Hawks Fly Past Mounties

The Memorial Sea-Hawks left Sackville with a 4-0 win over the Mount Allison Mounties on Saturday afternoon. The Mounties fought hard in their 4th game of the 2018 AUS regular season, but were unable to hold off the Hawks.

Memorial opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, with a nifty goal from 2nd year Sea-Hawks midfield Ranaldo Morris. The Sea-Hawks continued their strong attack for the majority of the first half, scoring twice more to go into the half with a 3-0 advantage.  Fomba Fambulleh scored on a penalty kick in the 5th minute, followed by another Morris goal in the 26th minute.

Sea-Hawks rookie Harry Carter scored his first career goal to start the 2nd half to give his team a 4-0 advantage.

Memorial heads to Wolfville, NS tomorrow for a 4:45pm AST match versus the Acadia Axemen. Watch the action live on AUStv.ca.
