(SYDNEY, N.S) - A new era in Cape Breton University Capers men's soccer started on a winning note as the home side made rookie head coach Deano Morley a winner with a 4-0 victory over the visiting Saint Mary's Huskies Sunday in Sydney.

With former player and long-time assistant coach Morley now leading the sideline for the Capers, CBU dominated the visiting Huskies from start to finish to open the season on a victorious note.

Mark Stewart opened the scoring for the home side in the 12th minute ad Justin Maheu would add another in the 19th minute to establish a 2-0 lead, which the Capers would take to the locker room at halftime.

Maheu, a second-year forward from Gatineau, Que., was back at it in the second half, notching his second of the game in the 68th minute and finishing off the hat trick with his third of the game in the 81st minute.
