Valentin Radevich, a native of Belarus, scored twice and added an assist as the McGill University men's soccer team blanked Sherbrooke 4-0 at Percival Molson Stadium on Thursday.

Bladen Allen of Vancouver, B.C., stopped all seven shots faced to earn a clean sheet for the Redmen.
Radevich, a master's student in physical therapy who scored only two goals in 10 games last season, assisted on the opening goal by striker
Mehdi Ibn-Brahim in the 13th minute and scored in the 27th minute to make it 2-0. He capped off a three-point soiree by adding another marker in stoppage time. The speedy 5-foot-7, 135-pound midfielder had only two shots on goal but made them both count.
Ibn-Brahim, an arts freshman from Montreal, assisted on Radevich's first goal and placed each of his three shots on target.
Raphael Tepe, a freshman from London, England, scored the third goal for the Redmen, an unassisted marker in the 67th minute.
McGill held a 14-11 edge in shots and drew 12 fouls to Sherbrooke's five. Redmen defender
Alexis Solis was assessed the game's only yellow card.
Sherbrooke rookie 'keeper
Frédéric Hamel of St-Jérôme, Que., made six saves on 10 shots.
McGill which moved into sole possession of first-place in the RSEQ standings, improved to 2-0-0 and will travel to face second-place Université de Québec à Trois-Rivières (1-0-2) on Sept. 22. Sherbrooke (0-3-0) visits Concordia (1-1-0) on Sept. 23.
