They grabbed a 6-2 lead in the set when Devren Dear made a great play at the net to put the momentum back on the Manitoba sideline. Then on a big point in the set with the Bobcats inching back in it, Brandon's attack went wide and the Bisons went ahead 11-7. On match point, Kevin Falconer buried one in the Bobcats backcourt and Manitoba earned the weekend sweep.

Both teams continue their conference schedules next weekend. Manitoba will hit the road and take on the Alberta Golden Bears on Friday, Nov. 22 in their first of two games on the weekend. Meanwhile, Brandon will return home to take on Mount Royal starting Friday.
