Teams will be staying at the Sheraton Wall Centre Vancouver up to the team allotment of 20 ppl. Additional support staff and university representatives will be accommodated at our partner hotel.
Non-participating coaches will be staying at the Holiday Inn Vancouver, 1 block from our participating team hotel.
Guest rooms can be booked with accreditation request to Steph Mihalatos (steph.mihalatos@ubc.ca). An accredited shuttle will shuttle guests from the hotel to the game venue.

Rooms on hold for team head coaches are held as a single accommodation and will be provided compliments of the host committee. Players and team personnel have rooms held based on double occupancy. All incidentals for coaches and players will be the responsibility of the teams and a credit card number must be supplied at time of booking.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided to the teams at the hotel compliments of the host committee during competition days (Thursday – Sunday). Bulletin #2 will provide further information on meal times.
